【Contract】
The Administrative Assistant will support Japan Premium Support Team. A successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as demonstrate the ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. The Administrative Assistant must communicate well and manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.
Other responsibilities will include:
· Proactively support Japan Premium Support Team
· Performing data mining activities online.
· Conducting market research.
· Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events, and coordinating meetings or events for our Premium Support Staff
· Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements
· Creating presentation using graphics
· Organizing and supporting team hosted events

· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Fluency in Japanese and English
· 2+ years administrative support experience in a related field
· Ability to create graphs in Microsoft Office products
· Ability to work a flexible schedule (Monday-Friday) and overtime as needed
· High levels of integrity and discretion
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to quickly learn the organizational structure and objectives of the team
· Passion and enthusiasm for the Amazon vision
· Team orientated philosophy
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
· Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts

· A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
· Strong analytical skills
