A9.com is seeking a Director of Finance to support the Advertising Technology organization whose charter is to build the technology infrastructure and ad serving systems to manage billions of advertising queries every day. The result is better quality advertising for publishers and more relevant ads for customers. This role will be responsible for the development of annual budgets and recurring forecasts, conducting weekly business metrics reviews, providing key decision support and identifying actionable insights to drive business performance and results. In addition, this person will play a key role in shaping the business strategy to accelerate growth of Amazon’s advertising programs. The ideal candidate will have strong business judgment, the ability to take effective, independent action, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and possesses solid business intelligence and modeling skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar discipline with analytical bias
· At least 10 years of business finance or other relevant experience
· At least 7 years experience performing tasks that require financial acumen as well as analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results
· At least 5 years of experience directly supervising teams and developing people
· At least 5 years of experience performing tasks requiring advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· At least 5 years of experience performing tasks that require highly developed financial modeling and reporting techniques

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with SQL is a strong plus
· Hard working, detail-oriented, and committed to producing excellent quality end products
· Team player with a positive attitude
· Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
· A record of increasing responsibility and demonstrable positive business impact
· Industry experience in display advertising
