Senior Product Marketing Manager - Enterprise Workloads

In this role, you will define the strategy for how we communicate Amazon EC2 Enterprise Workloads to drive the success of the EC2 business. You will be responsible for defining our positioning and messaging AWS EC2 Enterprise Workloads, in particular to the IT Executive audience, creating the most compelling content to help customers understand our value proposition, and building the right programs to increase awareness and adoption of Enterprise Workloads on Amazon. You’ll get to work on a large-scale business, and have a big impact every day.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Own the development of all value propositions, core content, marketing, and go-to-market strategies for Amazon EC2 Enterprise Workloads.
· Craft and develop relevant and compelling audience-specific messages and content (product videos, customer success stories, demos, whitepapers, presentations, how to guides, and more).
· Identify and execute on breakthrough and innovative marketing activities that reach target audience effectively.
· Work with product management, partner marketing, enterprise marketing and engineering teams to distill key functionality and benefits into core marketing messages.
· Work with field marketing, industry marketing, account based marketing and global account teams to build compelling marketing campaigns and programs designed to drive adoption of AWS solutions among Enterprise Executives.
· Engage with our Analyst Relations teams as appropriate
· Own website and social media content
· Work effectively across AWS with groups such as sales, business development, solutions architects, and evangelists to achieve business goals
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as hi-tech marketing, technical pre-sales, consulting, training, or product management.
· A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study such as computer science
· Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content
· A bias for action for developing awesome marketing assets (product videos, web content)
· A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and a knack for driving and/or being associated with benchmark industry products/services
· Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
· The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
· Superior written communication skills
· You should also be a strong leader and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and tradeoffs to senior executives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as hi-tech marketing, technical pre-sales, consulting, training, or product management.
· A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study such as computer science
· Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content
· A bias for action for developing awesome marketing assets (product videos, web content)
· A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and a knack for driving and/or being associated with benchmark industry products/services
· Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
· The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
· Superior written communication skills
· You should also be a strong leader and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and tradeoffs to senior executives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA and/or computer science, engineering, technology background is preferred
· 5+ years of product marketing experience
· Experience with launching new and disruptive services preferred
· Experience with business productivity solutions preferred
