The Japan Digital contents Manager is in charge of delivering quality localized marketing contents, with modification of localized contents to be more appropriate & touchy message/contents for our targeted customer segments in Japanese. Digital Content Manager works closely with the localization team at the AWS headquarters to improve localized content to high quality marketing content and provide better and closer messages in Japanese. Because these content will be used in campaigns deployed in various digital channels such as SEO, online advertisement, e-mail, social, site optimization tool etc., this position is also close to the Japanese digital marketing / product marketing team. It is a very important position to develop output in consideration of the optimum message in line with each marketing policy in cooperation with.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience of creating promotional tools, such as brochure, web pages, video in IT industry(B2B), and have basic skills of using CMS to deploy those outputs for the production purpose. The role requires superior time management and interpersonal skills. The candidate will interact with the marketing leadership team in aligning the strategic focus and will guide cross-functional stakeholders through the event each month under a tight timeline. The candidate has an eye for details and always puts customers first. He/she can QA and fine tune each deliverable to the highest possible standard.
· 5+ years of User Experience Design, Content Planning / Creation, or Web / Digital Marketing Experience
· Content editing / operation experience using content management system etc
· English conversation skill with the US staff, telephone conference, email and reporting, content adjustment
· The passion to Digital transform in Japan market by Cloud Computing
· Basic understanding of Japanese IT market
· Motivation to maintain high energy while working in ambiguity and strict deadlines
· It is detailed oriented, superior to practical and metric-oriented tasks
· Excellent schedule management and communication skills

* MBA with 5 years or above work experience in Field Marketing, Product Marketing, or digital marketing
